General Shipping Conditions

We ship same or next business day from Copenhagen, Denmark. We ship via Post Danmark on all national orders and UPS on international orders. Shipping within Denmark is 60 DKK and complimentary when purchase is 300 DKK or above. The standard shipping time is typically 1-3 days to most locations, and you will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has shipped.
 
International Shipping Conditions
We currently ship to the United States and most EU countries.
Shipping within EU is 13€
Shipping within USA is $30
If you can't choose your country upon checkout, please do not hesitate to contact us for any special shipping inquiries.
 
Order Process 
  • Prices across the site and shipping rates are by default in DKK however the currency shift tool let you choose your preferred currency i.e. Euro, USD or GBP.
  • International orders will be shipped using UPS.
  • We process international orders on a daily basis same as national.
  • When your order is shipped you will get a confirmation with a UPS tracking number.
  • Customs, duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not covered in the cost of international shipping. We cannot provide estimates or reimbursements for these charges.

Gifts and Wrapping
We will be happy to wrap your purchase as a gift including a personal gift note. On the check-out page, click "This is a gift" to indicate it's a gift, and/or include your note to the recipient. Make sure the recipient’s name and address is included in the “SHIPPING ADDRESS” field in the checkout process. If you didn't find the gift link and you've already placed your order, no problem, please contact us before we ship your order and we'll add it. 

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Maestro and PayPal.

Return Policy
We accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Return shipments are at your expense. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the original tags and packaging maintained including the return tag. Without the return tag we do not accept returns. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense. Please contact us for further return instructions. 
 
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Please make an effort to report damages within two days of your order being delivered.
